Microsoft Excel - Convert String to Sentance Case

Problem: Excel has built in functions for PROPER (title) case, UPPER and LOWER but lacks sentance case - the first character is in upper case and the rest are lower.

Solution: Use Word! Copy the cells from Excel. In Word Press Alt+E then S for Paste Special.

Select Unformated Text

Now select all the test and press Alt+O (format), E (case), S (Sentance Case).

Copy all the text again.

Back in Excel, Paste Special, Text and you should find the cells now contain the correct formating.
